The growth of Grace St. Paul’s United Methodist Church, Jim Thorpe, PA

What you are viewing is the beginning of a phased church facility that will eventually total over 17,000 square feet. The complex will consist of three main components: Worship, Education and Christian Recreation.

The first phase will consist of two modular factory built components. McLean-Shortall Architects pioneered the concept of sectional factory built churches. From Maine to Virginia, we have designed more than one hundred such churches. These facilities were designed as starter churches that could easily be expanded to meet the increased membership growth. Many of these churches did return to enjoy the expansion possibilities that this economical form of construction can offer.

As Grace St. Paul’s Church continues it’s construction program, we will add to this pictorial.
